Refund policy

Do you want to return your order? We are here to help make this an effortless experience. To start the return process, please use the form and guidelines listed below.

  • Any full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date with your original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip.
  • Sale/promotional merchandise (non-final-sale) may be returned for a full refund of the sale price within 30 days of the delivery date with your original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip.
  • Final-sale, gifts with purchase, or promotional merchandise received with your order cannot be refunded at any time.
  • Merchandise returned past the timeframes outlined above are only eligible for a Coton Colors gift code to be used on our website for the lowest listed price of the merchandise.
  • All returns must be accompanied by our return form and original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip. If you do not have your original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip, please email Customer Support at customercare@coton-colors.com.
  • All returns must be paid for and shipped by the customer. Coton Colors does not cover shipping and handling charges for returns.
  • Coton Colors is unable to refund returns that arrive to our facility damaged. Please make sure to package your merchandise securely. If your merchandise does arrive to us damaged, please contact your carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 10 business days. If you do not have an original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip and we are unable to locate your order in our system, or if this merchandise was a gift, you will receive credit in the form of a Coton Colors Gift Code to be used on our website for the lowest listed price of the merchandise.
  • If the merchandise you return is no longer available, you will receive a gift code to our website for $10.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • New, unused merchandise that has been personalized with vinyl can be returned within 30 days of delivery date with the original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip. Please note that merchandise personalized with vinyl is only eligible for a refund on the product. Personalization fee is excluded from the refund.
  • Merchandise personalized with paint pen is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Prior purchases are not eligible for a price adjustment.

If your return does not meet the terms outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping cost is $9.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Repack Merchandise:
Please package all merchandise very securely in original packaging and condition with all tags attached. Coton Colors is not responsible for refunding any merchandise that arrives damaged. Please make sure to include your return form and your original Coton Colors receipt or online packing slip with your merchandise.

Exchanges

Coton Colors does not process exchanges. If you would like to return your product for a new product, please see the return section above. Once we receive your product, we will refund your original form of payment within 10 days of delivery date. You may place a new order through our website at any time for a new product.
